Retail AI Council engaged McMillan Doolittle to conduct an on-line survey of Council Members in March 2024 with the goal of gaining insight into our members’ perspectives on Artificial Intelligence Adoption, priorities, investment criteria, and unmet needs. These data help inform future opportunities to enhance the offerings and services provided by the Retail AI Council to bring value to members.
